FEES 

We are considered an out-of-network provider; this means that you may be eligible to receive reimbursement through your insurance coverage. You will need to check with your insurance provider directly to determine your out-of-network benefits.

If you would like to use your out-of-network health insurance benefits, you will pay the full fee at the time of service, and we will provide you with a detailed invoice that you can then submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement.

We accept payments via Zelle/Quickpay and credit/debit cards.
